need help.what do i do? never did dropped a 2wd ranger. da rear is leaf spring over axle and the shackle is already shorten. front maybe cut da spring or something. but about da back?

Back in the day, I heated up the coil to drop the front and de-arched the rear spring.

de-arch da rear springs?hau u do dat? i knoe i can removed da over load spring but thats only 1/2 inch

I took my truck to a spring shop and they did it. You could also look for a flip kit, its a lowering block that put the axle above the leaf spring. Check this out....... http://therangerstation.com/tech_library/Drop.html

rear use the flip front use djm beams and or coils how low are you going my truck has a 5/7 with c notch frame feels little more stiff than stock

thanks guys but the 88 in the pic the front is actually on something the fenders even with the rim i duno why look like that in the pic .....but any updates with you 88 Alex

flipped da shackles. da back dropped about 3inches. no fender gap. front about 2inch fender gap. need to get rid of that. got 17inch bullit rims
