june - transfer account from roomate#1 to me
july - install an "internet only" line filter
august - call, "why dont i get bills?" "you will"
aug 27th - web traffic gets redirected to a TWC "you need to activate your modem" page. all other network traffic works fine
aug 30th - call to fix the modem issue TWC:"there are NO accounts active at that address"

finnaly get them to admit that the account from roomate#1 got shut off/marked as lost on the 27th but i have to wait untill the 1st to get a technician out to get my internet back on!

schedule appointment, hang up, call another tech, she turns on the modem
sep1 - tech shows up with roomate#2 authorized on the account (he was there to ONLY sort out the line issue of mixing up the 3 different units)
tech proceeds to rewire the cable running to my modem, and my neighbor's unit, and replaces my modem...then realizes that roomate#2 is not me (im out having lunch with my parents)
roomate#2 calls me, says they have no authorization for him on the account, i have to sign the work order. i make it back, tech starts ranting about how i never added roomate#2 on the work order and he is missing lunch with his wife... i explode... FU...F time warner, and F this system...
i now have ANOTHER appointment from a TWC something or other about what to do with all this damn cable running outside the house...where we have an 8-way splitter, and 15!! cables running to it! only 3 cables are actually being used!!!
