Yeah, you ride your bicycle from The Shell in Waikiki around Hawaii Kai to Sandy's beach and further.  They have different distances you can go, 20 miles, 40 miles, 50 miles or 100 miles.  I've done the 20 and 40 so far..........where's that tire pump?

Age is nuthin but a number.  It's the aches and pains after doing something you did with no problem at 29 that remind you you're not 29 anymore.  Who's for doin the Century ride?!?

I'm in. Did the 100 miles four years in a row in my younger days, like 10 years ago. Not sure how far I can go now without some serious training.

Do I sense an Iron Okele HPM Team?  Anyone else?  Damn, now I gotta really find that pump.

pump? oh! for the bicycle tire. hey, if you haven't been paddling for awhile, you got to get into some riding before trying the century ride or  might occur.
