Well here goes! I purchased this car about 6 months ago.

The current mods are
BBK long tubes
o/r X pipe
Magnaflow cat back
Heavy duty IRS cross member brace
Short throw shifter
SCT tuner
Black Bullitts 17x9 and 17X10.5
Smoked LED third brake light

In a few weeks I’m getting 4.10s installed changing the clutch pak (carbon fiber) and spider gears. Also I just found a billetflow IRS brace on SVT performance so I hope to get that put on when the gears go in (DONE).

Future mods
Eibach pro Lowering springs (sitting in the garage waiting for the caster camber plates)
Caster camber plates (ordered)
Full tilt boogie IRS bushing kit
New Shocks and struts
JLT carbon fiber CAI
And
And
And the list goes on

nice looking stang, and i agree with the springs coming in first

quick question though, why are you going with the carbon fiber CAI?  being that its $80 more than original (PVC?) CAI, i would not be able to justify that for my purposes.

and another thing to consider is a different hood.  idk why ford did that to us new edge cobras.  lol.

I like the way the carbon fiber one looks, but you are right does cost alot more. A new hood is not going to happen for a long time unless some has one for really cheap a terminator hood would be nice. I do wish ford would have made a different hood and rear bumper.

Thanks for everyones input and comments

Did your car get the upgrades that the 99 Cobra needed? Keep the looks. The 99 Cobra is unique and understated. I like it. Make a sleeper!!!! I like to make the mistake of calling your car a GT with Cobra badges and then get my car beaten by it!

BTW, you doing good with the car.

I went to wash my car and look what I found. No I don't take the wheels off to wash the car. I guess the c clip on the back came off and the pin was working its way out. Good think I decided to wash my car.
