Okay..

So I'm back in da game and rolling in a 5.0...

I picked up my neighbor Mike's 1990 vert and need to take care of some stuffs before I get her on the road.  

things I have done already are:
Recharge the A/C system (it's cold, think might have small kine leak, but da buggah good enough)

Things I need to do..

Fix quarter panel window
get the vert top to go up and down (might just need fluid in the hydro pump, but not to sure)
stereo works but no sound, gotta check that out tomorrow
fix the hood to align better
change the headlight switch
get a CAI
paint um..

and......maybe down the road...


I really want to covnert to a 5 speed transmission .....down the line of course...

I really going need the knowledge of the group on this, so I'll be posting question up the but in the "Repair" section.  This my first Fox, so bare with me....I going be asking choooke questions...but I know HPM will come through..lol!!!!

Holly CRAP!!!!

I just spent about 3 hours taking apart the interior looking to see why there is no sound coming out of the speakers.  So I find some wires coming out from under ther rear seat and then I just went to town..lol!!!

I gook out the rear seat and back seat and found the hydro pump for the top.  That is a good thing.  Also located to see the power window motor for the rear quarter panel on the drivers side.  When I hit the switch, get clicking, but the window no roll down.  So I gotta look at that now. 

Next week I get the new quarter panel and I need to get that top working and my stereo.  That is my goal for next week....

following week...SUPER CHARGER...Nah lol!!!!

okay..just hooked up with James (KITT) from Elite and he saved the day with the stereo situation.  Got the stereo working and the sounds rocking.  Found out I had a blown rear speaker and James hooked me up BIGTIME with some new 6x8 rear co axial Pioneers.  Next should be getting the rear window fixed sometime this week...

so got the stang at ACE Glass here in Pearl City, they keeping her overnight to get the window put in.  Next thing on my list is to get that vert top to go up and down, so I'll need to see if the pump needs fluid (that's what Mike had mentioned) and well take it from there..

after that..check on the A/C stuff....

is this car the 90 GT vert.? the blue and gray with black top, if so, when you do your 5 spd. swap, I'll be very intrested in the AOD ( I know that trans inside and out) along with that modified convertor, Thanks!

This stang is Blue with a black hood...Mike did tell me something about the tranny..it was beefed up or something like that..
