Any local shops service tires with nitrogen? I have my vehicles tires serviced with it for about 3 years now.

Some car dealers may still have it so they can get extra stupid bucks from customers. Compressed air works just fine for daily drivers and racers for many years and billions of tires.  Some places are getting away from providing the N service because of cost and lack of demand.  Try some of the dealers, full service stations with repair bays and tire shops in your area.  I would check more than one location because there is no set price.
