There used be a Lighning Truck Club as well as a Ford F-150 club in the late 1990s to the early 2000s but they may have fizzled out.  |

former owner here. Im still the moderator for the Hawaii Chapter in NLOC.org. We still have a handful of Lightning owners here but it slowed down alot since the track closed down back in '06. When the track opens up, I'll probably pick up another L.

I will have to check out NLOC.org, I am from Lightningrodder.com. I am just hope they get a track here soon. I have been hearing rumors of a 1/8 going in at KRP, it would be nice to get the truck out there and see what it could do.

I too go on LightningRodder as Raiden808. There will be a 1/8 mi track at KRP but not for awhile until they have enough revenue to pave the track. So what kind of mods you have on your L? Color, year, pics?

I am DOC54 on LightningRodder too I think I have seen your name before. My L's a 02, MMR street 900, ported Romeo heads, ported eaton, SBTB, 6lb lower, 2.70 upper about to go on, tuned at Naka'z, and all the normal stuff. It's a daily driver so I am not going to get to crazy till I can afford to do the 4V turbo build.

Hey John, its Izek from Ford Truck World, Hawaii Chapter. I haven't seen you and your truck in years. I just read that you sold your truck, that must have been hard. I still have my 02F150HD. I finally supped it up with bolt-ons and tuned it by Naka's. It is only pushing 390rwph and 490 rwtq.

sup Izek, long time no see. Didnt you moved to Kauai or somethin? Yeah, I sold my truck to a guy from Maui. At least I wont get sick if I see it on the road. I probably get a another L in the near future when they get the dragstrip running.
