I remember reading about this when it was first built.  I love it and wish they would make it.  I have an acquaintance who is a Ford Boost engineer and owns the patent on the super cooler.  Very cool guy to talk to and will answer almost any question you can throw at him.  He owns quite a few patents and also has done patent review/submission for Coletti.

No, his name is Tom Vaught and lives in, go figure, Michigan.  He is an engineering-section moderator over at theturboforums.com  If you go there read through his old posts for awesome info from rolling resistance test, to wind tunnel test, to turbo engine experience, etc.
