I'm gonna be buying new rear control arms but I am still undecided on wether to go with solid rod ends or the urethane bushings

depends on how much NVH you can tolerate and if the torque boxes are reinforced

Urethane. The solid ones will bind too much since the foxes are built to bind on the bushings.


I do have some solid upper and lowers from Wolfe if your interested.

Get uerathane.  I just changed mine from stock to those and they rock.  Just don't forget to put grease on the bushings before putting them in.  Grease not only the fitting but the outside rubber area of the bushing.  If you don't they'll squeal like a stuck pig.

Since you have a track to race at, I would go with solid rod ends
