So question. Is this write up with out the harness or with the cobra harness?

If the amber lights come with the harness. Is it plug and play? or would you still have to modify the harness?

You need both sets. They are not plug and play. here is a more visual write up, but let me know if you want help/do it:

The part # is in the OP. Can get it straight from the stealership or should be able to have Checker's/napa cross reference the #.

So I was doing a read up on the flashed unit. I need a new flasher unit to slow down the rate of flash. Like a numb nut I sold my resistor that slows the turn signal. It's not required but if u choose not to replace the flasher unit then the turn signals will flash suppaaahhhh fast. I guess I gotta order another one. Later this month.

Great write up easy to follow thanks mike.

Also some info what instead of shelling out some scripts for a relay from Ford and are a cheap ass like me. U can pick up a flasher unit at Napa for $19 bucks. Ask for part number EP-27 it dtatesthe number on box and plaster unit shown below. It works the same way. Saves money.
