Yes your right Rick is a good freind, and a good guy, and thanks sbc, diddnt know you were here also.  I know this is a Mustang site, I would expect those here to be loyal, I can respect that, I mean really does it ever get old "Ford vs Chevy".  I just figured since I now drive on the wrong side of the road and have to learn a new language and all that perhaps I could grow and try to learn ford speak too. Ive made great freinds in every club Ive been associated with, some great folks out there, and Mustang folks you should be proud of your club, this is a great site, your club is well run and you have great partisapation, head and shoulders above the others on the island. I'm not entirly ready to convert yet, but I do miss Hawaii and my freinds and thanks for allowing me to lurk and stay in touch. Not here to argue anything, expect my posts to be few in numbers, but look forward to meeting some of you upon my return, thanks again for the warm welcomes.

thank you for the kind words about our club.

yes, we are all Mustang fans here.  but there are also some bowtie guys.
we may talk smack about other makes and models, but its mostly in fun.
and sometimes we hate on other Mustangs.  lol.
i can appreciate any car thats fast.  doesnt matter to me who makes it, although i would only buy a Mustang.
but i have rode in many fast imports and domestics to recognize that the Mustang isn't always the baddest on the block, there's always somebody faster.
Rick is a good guy.  and we talk chevy vs ford all the time.  but its all in the sport of competition.

enjoy the forums.
welcome.

The Church of Ford is ready to exorcise the Chevy demons.  LOL

Now, let us bow our heads and pray for our Chevy brethren, that they
may wash away their sinful bowtie urges and become one with the
Blue Oval.

Amen.

Yup, I've owned them all, Chevy, Mopar, Ford, Caddy and although I've built up and raced a Javelin, a Gremlin and an AMX I don't consider myself an AMC guy. I think the real Us vs Them comes down to ground pounding American V-8's over everything else.....well...except an Italian made V-12 or a W-16 but then again, who could afford one anyway?
Welcome to the group!
