To all those who responded a big mahalo for the welcome still trying to get some good pictures of the car and would you believe it I cannot find the charger for my camera and the battery died ahhhh how things can suck.

Welcome Gary, I konw exactly what you mean with the corvette politics, I have freinds in both corvette clubs, but usually I hang out with my hero, AKA Mr. Corvette, at events and cruises, he built my car and is a great person to learn from or hang with. One of the reasons I enjoy this club so much, great member partisipation, they havent ragged on my too bad for not owning a blue oval and the site is really well constructed, really helps me to stay in touch with the events going on around the island. Hope to meet up with you and everyone else soon, enjoy Hawaii, wish I was there, and best of everything to you.
