over here its cold too.  dipping into the upper 60's.  brrrrrrrr. 
i still might check out the show.
I hope they have one of those import booty shaking contests.  thats the best part.

lol that is a lot to pay to enter for cars that need new paint on their front end because they are scrapping the shit out of it every time they go for a drive

Sorry, Gavin...no booty, bikini or other nitty contest.  Wekfest is seriously about the cars and the car culture.  Granted a little different than most car shows.  The cool thing about tomorrow's event is that it'll be in the parking garage and under shade...super kewl.  I'm sure there will be eye candy all around, but just no contest specifically.  Audi was supposed to be entered but some ass hat decided to scrap my bumper and dig out.  Such a dick or maybe a real bitch.

I buffed most of it out - but there's a couple 2 inch gouges.  Seriously considering a new DTM front bumper ($1,200 OEM)...YIKES.

Yeah, I went down right at 12 (actually snuck in by accident, took a elevator up a extra floor right before they oppened the show, didnt have to pay haha).  Some really clean cars, good turn out too-saw a few that I'd never seen out before which was neat.  Even a couple Camaros, but no Stangs.  Shame Mike and Chanan were busy, they would have made real nice additions to the show.

I got there after 5 pm and went straight up to the roof and made my way down.  Gotta say that the venue was pretty cool (thank god for the shade and the nice breeze).  Some really nice old school Hachi's, Corolla, and the 78 Celica was pretty badass.  Some cars were sporting some unreal camber action (not my cup of tea) but insanely done at least.

What a AWESOME venue for the show right!  I would love to see more shows there...shade, plenty of room...maybe a future RUMBLE spot Smiley
