After I rev up the throttle the car will just die and not idle. I recently replaced the TPS and it is set to .90 at base idle and it goes well above the 2.71 volts at wide open. Any thoughts on what my problem is? Fuel pressure is at 42 psi and timing is set at 14 degrees advanced.

I think it's a B303 cam, but I'm not for sure. Bought the car the way it is. I have not taken any vacuum readings yet. I will reset the base idle and see what happens. Thanks

ditto, every time that's happened to me in the past there was a vacuum leak somewhere (327 Chevy, 455 Olds... don't tell anyone in the club I used to be a GM guy).

That is about what I see with my car(10-11) I'm running a trick flow stage two cam not sure how the two cams compare. I don't have the issue of staying running when cold. 808SVT, what do you have as for fuel? I had a similar issue that was resolved with smaller injectors. What is your current setup?

Well, I fixed the vacuum leak a while back, but the car still runs like crap and backfires. It seems like it's worse when it's cold and will gradually get better, but it is still doggish. I took the computer out and took the lid off and there are some little parts in there that had corrosion on them. I cleaned the board and I am going to let it dry overnight. Then I will see how it runs tomorrow.

I need to find a noid light so I can check my injectors. I don't want to buy a new computer before I check the injectors.
