Gents, Im on the brink of ordering long tubes and an o/r H pipe for the fox. Anyone out there wanting to school a newb up or help with the install. Pizza, beer, cigs, dip, or whatever else you need. Not really wanting to pay out of the ass for labor but more or less wanting to learn from some good car guys. PM me or respond on here.

Thanks guys

lmk, exhaust is easy. longtubes will take some work...but a mid pipe can be done in 30mins if the bolts come right off.

Yup, best way to fix a exhaust leak is just drop a blower on the car Smiley

Two guys about 4 hours..could be less.smog lines, starter, steering shaft, maf, plug wires are the main things needed to come out.undo the motor mount bolts and lift motor.the pass can go thru the top, driver side can go from bottom.I can help on a weekend, just give me a early heads up when & where.it's possible your stock steering shaft may need to be changed out to an MM or flaming river for clearance,so u may want to look into that too.

Also im thinking Kooks or JBA long tubes, (fill in the blank of brand you recommend) o/r H pipe, and i have brand new 40 series flows for mufflers (went over a speed bump a few months ago in california and a bracket had come loose on my mid pipe causing it to drop down and then ram into my muffler, which ruined it.

Since you're saving $$$ on the install, buy the Kooks!

No they will not, the 99-04 have a different type of engine(4.6) than our fox body mustangs which has a 5.0.

Went ahead and stayed simple with the BBK. Now to decide whether to just take it somewhere to have it installed (any recommendations for good work and not gonna ruin my bank account) or to ask for help lol.

Anyways, Santa must of stopped by Hawaii first this year
