I'm looking to upgrade my intake manifold. Anyone have any suggestions? Here are my mods so far:  Cobra upper/lower intake w/1" spacer, AFR aluminum heads, 70 mm TB, has a choppy cam but i don't know the specs on it, 24lb injectors, 70mm MAF and TB, u-pulleys, msd ignition, long-tube headers w/ x-pipe(no cats)/flowmasters, 3:73's in the rear.

I would look into the edelbrock performer rpm II. That's the one I think I'm going to run with my 347 w/ windsor sr heads. BTY, I think I live right down the road from you. I've got the 93 cobra on 20th...

Which AFR heads?  What CID?  Would really help if you knew the duration @ .050, otherwise any recommendation is a guess.

If they're 165s on a 302 the Cobra intake is fine.  You won't gain enough from a different intake to make it worth the time and $$.

If they're 185s and the cam has more than 230 @ .050 then a larger manifold will gain you some top end with the sacrifice of some low RPM power.

Your title mentions manifold upgrade.  The cobra manifold is good for about 350ish hp without work on to it.

You could have the intake manifold ported.

Thanks for all the input. I think I am going to stick with the Cobra intake until I find a supercharger to put on it.

Yeah, the red one. I've also got an edelbrock performer rpm intake if you think you would like to try it out.

I don't know if they are the 165's or 185's, or what the duration is on the cam because I bought it as is.
