This very affordable sfi approved balancer was not exactly bolt in. The inside diameter of the balancer needed a little 'fitting'. I estimate approx 5 to 10 thousandths needed machining before the key would contact the hub for alignment. If all CAT balancers are like this, I don't recommend it unless you can machine finish the final fit. At 84.99 delivered to hawaii, I'll fit and finish everytime but that's just me.

I had bought one of these a long time ago... Mine went on with no problems.  Its my understanding that the balancer going on is supposed to be a bit snug.

The balancer still needs a puller to get it off the crank even after the fitting. I may have gotten a 'bad' balancer.
