If your car drives on the street now....   IT'S READY!  If you are new at this, mods will hurt you more than help you.  Run your car as is, as when you have enough seat time, and know the ins and outs of the courses, then you can start modding your car.  You can pull up in a Porsche GT3 and if you are a newb, you'll get blown away by the guy in the Honda Fit....  much like I blew away the Ferrari 430 Modena that came out a few months ago.  LOL

Pre reg is now open for the 24th race.  This will be a special race in honor of Curtis Lee.  He passed away on October 1st and was THE driving force behind keeping motorsports alive on O'ahu.  There will be a special lunch and parade laps of all the cars prior to each heat.  It will be a excellent way to celebrate a man who devoted himself to this sport.  Hope to see you all there.

I'm in as well.  Rick, I'm sure it really doesn't matter what tires you run you'll more than likely beat us by a considerable margin.  I'm excited/curious to see how my car handles with the changes that I just made.

Ditto...  it is here on Oahu, but yes, he is having a hard time getting it licensed.  He is working with Kevin at Recon to get it done.  Last I heard was a few months ago, so I'm not sure if he ever jumped through all of Hawaii's stupid hoops.

Shold be fun!  We'll all have our own cars.  So, Dave's Camaro can rest between runs for once.  LOL  I dunno, Jon.  My Rs are almost cording, and my street tires aren't as good as you guys'.  So, should be interesting.

me too. Is it the na or sc version? I remember a Honda powered chassis only car that came out to barbers point that thing was quick,can't remember specifics as it was about 17 years ago

That was good, Matt!  Nominating you for Cone Killer of the Year with that one.  LOL  Damn long slalom kicked my car's (and my) ass, yesterday.  I just couldn't find the rhythm.  I know it was there, but just couldn't get it.  Left a good 1+ seconds out there.  Grrrr...  gotta figure out how to turn that wheel faster!
