So why did you buy a different back/intake for the whipple? I have seen a few differnent ones under development, but none have shown any power gains on the 2.3L whipple. One actually lost some power. Most have come to the conclusion that the stock one flows more than enough for the 2.3L. The ones for the 3.4L has shown some small gains though.
Was the proper retune done? Every car is different and he now has something that has opened up more options.

These test were done by the people developing them for sale, so pretty sure they did everything they could to make it worth the price. The conclusion was that the 2.3 can only move so much air and the stock one is enough.

Okay I am going to say on that test. One run hood closed, no idea what intake, second run no hood, accufab thottle body and aftermarket intake. Not exactly a fair test. http://www.modularfords.com/forums/showthread.php?t=142862&highlight=whipple+intakeis a link to the behemoth one. The first post was edited after they finally got the results.

Good question.... I'm starting with paying off the stroker block and then we'll see. I think I am set for a few months though.
