Rumble on the Roof Entry Form

Hawaii Performance Mustangs and Honolulu Ford presents.....

Enter your Mustang in the car show and be eligible for prizes with a donation to the Hawaiian Humane Society

Rules for entry:

1) The entering vehicle must be a mustang.
2) If you are entering the Rumble contest, cutouts or open headers are not allowed.
3) Payment of registration fee is required for registration, which must be sent in by mail
4) You must be present and register on the day of the show no later than 9:30am. If you are late your spot may be given to someone on standby.
